Yoga Therapy Classes are in
place of the Level 1 class. This class is designed for those who are beginning
their yoga practice or are in need of a gentler approach. Emphasis is on
breathing to release and relax body & mind, postural alignment, back care and
core strength. Whether you are new to yoga or in need of taking charge of your
health this class is for you. Prenatal moms are welcome to attend this session.
Open Yoga is suitable for all
levels. Each class is taught according to the participants levels. In this
eclectic class we work with various styles while interconnecting our breath
into the movement. Postural alignment is always emphasized. Sun salutations as
well as core training for back and abdominals are always included. Inversions
may be taught and practiced.
Vinyasa Flow is recommended for
those with some yoga experience. Creative sequencing of poses Flow through the
Sun Salutations. This style is done at a quicker pace and is more
cardiovascular and improves both strength and flexibility. In a vinyasa flow
class you interconnect the breath with the body for improved focus and mindful
movement. Adaptations and modifications are always emphasized so each student
can progress at their own pace. Core training, inversions and their
modifications are taught and practiced. Mantras and spiritual readings may be
included. This class is highly recommended for the person who’s looking to go
deeper into their yoga practice.
Alignment Flow is the perfect place
to begin your practice or tweak your existing one. In this class we work with
the yoga asanas or postures in detail while working on connecting the postures
into a creative sequence. Pranayama, breathing techniques are also incorporated
into the flow for improved breathing, circulation and stress relief. This
practice is suitable and recommended for all levels.
Restorative & Gentle Yoga is a class where you will learn to completely let go of any stored
tension in the muscles, joints and connective tissue while learning how to
listen to your body. We work with various techniques from gentle stretches and
supported posses to create the perfect practice that is suitable for everyone
at any level. A great practice for those looking to de-stress and let go!
Hot Yoga will take your practice and heat it up!! The room is warm and the asanas
will increase flexibility, strength and focus. This is a great practice for
weight loss as well as releasing stress and tension. Some experience with yoga
is recommended.
Kids / Teen Yoga* is a program that is
geared towards strength & flexibility, while creating better focus and
concentration skills leading to better awareness & self-esteem. The
kids/teens get to practice with their peers, learn about tolerance while having
fun.
Meditation* Various techniques
are used to allow each student to relax and find the peace and calmness within
themselves, improve mental focus and concentration for joyful living. This class
is offered one time per month for minimal fee of $10. Pre-registration is
required.
Private Yoga & Yoga Therapy sessions are always
available to help you learn how to practice yoga safely for your body. Whether
you are looking to learn the postures correctly, individually or help your
specific needs, each private session is designed around your individuality,

Reiki Sessions bring both body and
mind into balance. It regulates the body’s internal energy system and helps to
alleviate discomfort in muscles, joints, and organs while leaving the
participant calm, relaxed and tranquil. Call for more information regarding fee
and availability.
Reiki Circles and Acupuncture Happy Hours are provided
at the studio one time per month. Karma classes as well as workshops and
Specialty classes will also be offered monthly on Sundays. Check web page
