The word yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning union. Yoga strengthens, stretches, and unites our body, mind and spirit. Flow means to move with ease and grace in an unbroken continuity; to hang loose. When we practice YogaFlow we learn to hang loose, move freely and easily within our body, mind and spirit in an unbroken continuity.
YogaFlow is an eclectic style that incorporates vinyasa and various other methodologies and philosophies into a breath centered practice. From gentle to vigorous, YogaFlow offers each student the space to practice and study according to their level and intensity.YogaFlow classes are designed to make you feel good no matter what your level is. Whether it’s your first class or if you have a regular yoga practice you simply feel better not only physically but mentally as well. We learn to let go of judgment and criticism not only with the people around us but within our own life as well. Every class is designed around honoring and respecting our body for where we are in that very moment. While being playful and having fun we learn to take our practice serious but ourselves lightly.

Chris Spielberger, RYT is a certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance.I started as a dance student as a child, and I loved it. I realized in my teens that movement somehow nurtured and allowed my spirituality to grow. The beautiful flowing movements of dance bolstered the ever elusive connection to my "I AM"...but I did not know why. Little did I know that many years later my path would intertwine with Gail's and she would open up the yogic door for me to enter. Ever since our meeting, I have been teaching and continually learning about yoga and the importance of the mind-body-breath connection in realizing our true potential. It's what I was seeking all along.
